Agricultural hardware precision

Privacy Governance

BotClass Precision operates at the intersection of soil science and data sovereignty. This document outlines our rigorous protocols for the collection, protection, and utilization of farm-level operational data.

The ethics of precision

Section 01 / Ownership

Producer Ownership Rights

BotClass Precision maintains a foundational principle: the producer retains 100% legal ownership of all field data, including soil sample results, moisture levels, yield maps, and GPS boundaries. We act solely as a processor of this information to provide consulting and AI-driven optimizations.

Data provided to us for variable rate consultation or satellite mapping is treated as a high-value private asset. We do not claim rights to your historical field records or any intellectual property derived from your unique farming practices.

SCOPE_V01

Information Gathering

Our AI models require specific North American growing season parameters to function with accuracy.

Technical Telemetry

We collect device-specific data, including sensor IDs, drone flight paths, and hardware serial numbers, to ensure model calibration matches the local equipment threshold. This includes diagnostic logs to prevent sensor drift.

Geospatial Data

Precise coordinates (lat/long) are processed to integrate with regional soil maps (e.g., Black Chernozem layering). This data is never used for broader commercial resale.

Identification Information

For service delivery at 160 Elgin St or via digital consulting, we store business contact details (name, email, phone) to maintain service continuity and response expectations within 2 business days.

Third-Party Disclosure

BotClass Precision does not sell, lease, or distribute producer data to equipment manufacturers or agribusiness conglomerates. Disclosure is limited to vetting precision tools under contract for your specific field needs or as required by Canadian law.

Data Integrity Audit

We review historical soil data for sensor errors. This data is handled in secure batch processing environments rather than open real-time streams to ensure maximum integrity and prevent unauthorized access during AI model training.

Your data, your prerogative.

Access & Export

Producers have the right to request a full report of all data associated with their BotClass profile, including AI-generated heatmaps and model weights used for their specific acreage.

Rectification

If Ground-Truth Verification reveals inaccuracies in our AI predictions or if your lab-reported soil samples differ from the stored data, we will calibrate our models immediately to reflect physical reality.

The Right to Forget

Upon termination of consulting agreements, you may request the permanent deletion of all field shapefiles and historical yield data from our secure local servers.
