BotClass Precision provides educational insights and consulting for AI-driven agricultural mapping. By accessing our portal, you agree to the regulatory framework governing our precision methodologies and data integrity standards.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and BotClass Precision, concerning your access to and use of our precision agriculture educational portal and consulting services.
We operate from 160 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON, providing specialized AI-driven optimizations for the Canadian farming sector. By accessing our site or utilizing our variable rate consulting models, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
02. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, including AI training methodologies, proprietary soil analysis algorithms, and technical documentation, are our proprietary property.
- / AI models trained on North American growing seasons are protected by Canadian copyright laws.
- / User data (GPS shapefiles and yield logs) remains the 100% property of the producer.
- / BotClass Precision holds an exclusive license to the derived insights generated through our proprietary calibration processes.
The ethics of precision
Limitation of Yield Liability
Agricultural outcomes are subject to significant environmental variables beyond the control of AI models, including seasonal weather patterns, regional climate variations, and hardware calibration errors at the field level.
BotClass Precision does not guarantee specific percentage yield increases. All AI predictions must be cross-referenced with ground-truth physical soil probes before full-scale application of prescriptions.
We are not liable for crop failure, machinery damage, or financial loss resulting from the misapplication of Variable Rate Consultation data or errors in historical GPS data provided by the user. Our role is strictly limited to data processing and educational advisory.
04. Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. BotClass Precision and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ottawa shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise.

User Obligations
You may not access the site for any purpose other than those for which we make the platform available. Prohibited activities include:
- Systematic retrieval of data to create a competing AI model.
- Circumventing security features of the mapping portal.
- Uploading corrupted shapefiles or virus-laden farming data.
Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the site to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms.
